Our Services
You might recognize situations which generate a kind of discomfort, or your body may not be responding as it used to, or you might be perceiving a jam in certain areas of your life which you cannot tackle.
Certain symptons like sleep disorder, weight changes, difficulty to concentrate or to perform, apathy, lack of motivation, exhaustion, irritability or a feeling of anguish may be indicating that something is not going well.
This personal work, where our presence is a key element, will allow you to organize your disorder, whether it is an emotional, eating, labour or family one. It will also help you to identify your feelings, to communicate yourself in an assertive way, to recover your peace and well-being, to face decision-taking, to set boundaries, to understand the behaviour of the people around you or to redirect your career.
Analysis of the situation
In MADEJA we help you analyse the situation you are going through by taking a look at your personal context with the aim of identifying the origin of your discomfort and where your blocks lie.
Action plan
We will suggest an action plan to come out of your mess by carrying out little changes.
Recovery itinerary
We will come up with an agreed recovery itinerary adapted to your timing, your moment and your preferences.
Methodololy
How we do this
Our method is based on a whole recovery, taking into account the different issues that might be generating your discomfort. We understand the person as a bunch of relations and physical and emotional processes which must be taken care of globally in order to get ideal results.
Our working techniques include:
Analysis of the social issues that influence personal relationships
What is expected from us, instead of what we want, can really take us away from our real aim and generate an unnecessary discomfort.
Communication skills
Express our wishes, problems or needs in a better way has much to do with being able to do it in an efficient way.
Time management
Sometimes tasks are not finished not because they are infinite, but because they are badly organized. It is not lack of time, it is disorder.
Empowerment and reinforcement of personal competences
To find the clarity we need to see where we shine is sometimes the way to abandon the labyrinth.
Mind/Body connection
To recognise uncomfortable body messages allows us to take a shortcut to solve problems before they turn up.
Emotional balancing
To distinghish rage from sadness or from fear is part of the recovery process.
Mindfulness and breathing techniques
Most of what worries us is not real, but imagined. To focus on the present moment is a key element to start feeling better.
Healthy and conscious eating
By adapting our eating habits to our age, health and lifestyle we can efficiently complement our recovery process.
Any question?
I always go on the limit with my working projects and I have made some serious mistakes lately. What can be done?
You can learn to distinguish what is urgent from which is important and to classify tasks according to these parameters; that way that you can use time efficiently and use it to what is required.
I have followed a thousand diets and afterwards I always put on more weight than what I had lost. Wich is the MADEJA method?
Our diet is not a diet, but an eating re-education. We do not weigh or measure you; we analyse the reality of the person who is looking for a change and suggest an eating itinerary as close as possible to their real possibilities in such a way that it becomes a way of understanding eating and self-care instead of a quick remedy to fit in the dream-size.
Is your work compatible with a psychological therapy?
It perfectly is. If you are or have been in therapy and it suits you, both works can complement each other.
How long are your sessions?
Between one hour and one hour and a quarter.
How is the procedure set?
According to your interests, time availability, budget, etc.
My teenage daughter seriously rejects her body, she doesn’t like herself. Could you help her?
In this kind of situations we help understad those external messages (advertising, social media, mass media) which influence how others see us and how we see ourselves. They distort our self perception and diminsh our self-steem, aspects which we also reinforce.
Do you work online?
We do.
